Hollywood legend John Travolta recently reassured his fans with a sweet Easter post, when he shared a candid photo from his $10 million Florida mansion. In the photo, his pet dog Peanut was seen sniffing a chocolate Easter bunny on his bed — and this started a small dog drama on social media!
Chocolate + Dog = Tension!
As we all know, chocolate is toxic for dogs, and when fans saw Peanut near the Lindt chocolate bunny, they started expressing concern. But Travolta eased everyone’s tension by writing at the end of the caption:
“Not to worry, she won’t eat the chocolate bunny!”
Fans also commented with relief:
“That’s good to hear – Happy Easter to you too!”
Peanut’s journey from Oscar to home
Peanut is not a random dog. This is the same Chihuahua mix dog that came on stage with Jamie Lee Curtis at the 2022 Oscars, when she was paying tribute to late Betty White – who was a passionate animal lover. Peanut’s name at that time was “Mac & Cheese”.
Backstage, when Travolta saw Peanut, he was instantly smitten. The very next day, he adopted him. Remembering that moment, Travolta captioned an old photo:
“The day we adopted Peanut on Oscar night! She’s brought the biggest joy to our family.” Travolta’s $10M Mansion – A luxury paradise
Travolta has an ultra-luxurious mansion in Ocala, Florida where he lives with his daughter Ella (25) and son Ben (14). The size of the house is 7,600 square feet, and it has:
- 5 bedrooms
- 6 bathrooms
- Indoor gym
- Outdoor pool
- A lush garden
- And a 16-car garage!
The most interesting thing? This mansion also has a private airport attached to it! This house is not only a dream destination, but a perfect example of a celebrity lifestyle.
Travolta’s career update
Apart from his personal life, Travolta is also quite active on the professional front. Currently, he is reprising his role as Mason Goddard in the film Cash Out 3. The shooting of this action-thriller is going on on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
And if you like crime-thrillers, then you must watch Travolta’s upcoming film “November 1963“. In this film, he is playing the role of notorious mobster Johnny Roselli – who is said to be linked to the JFK assassination. Bonnie Giancana, daughter of mob boss Sam Giancana, has also helped in writing the script of the film.
Fans’ love and Travolta’s charm
Whether he gets emotional for a pet dog or fits into an intense gangster role, John Travolta’s charm never fades. His bond with Peanut is a reminder to fans of how loving a person’s heart can be even in the midst of stardom.
Travolta didn’t just adopt a pet, he gave a new place to life – and showed the world once again that kindness is always in fashion, even in Hollywood.
